Prof. (Dr.) Rajesh Kumar Sinha is Professor & Dean – Academics at SGT University, Gurugram, Haryana. He is Doctorate in Health Informatics from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal and having more than 22 years of experience in academics, research, and administration. His area of specialization and research includes big data analytics, cloud computing, designing, and modelling health informatics application, public health information system, behavioural and usability assessment of health informatics application etc. He has in his credit more than 42 research publications in national and international journals of well repute and 35 research and review papers presentation in national and international conferences. The research project completed by him on Hospital Performance Monitoring and Reporting in the State of Kerala, India was funded and well appreciated by WHO & OECD. He has served various national and international conferences committee as scientific advisor and chaired various sessions on health informatics, health information management and healthcare management. Dr. Rajesh is a certified auditor of Quality Management, Environment Management and Energy Management System and has contributed immensely to streamlining the quality management system and environment management system of various institutions. He is into the core committee as an expert for recommending curriculum and program structure for Health Information Management and Informatics Program at National Commission of Allied and Health Professions under Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. He believes in delivering quality education in Higher Education Institution and has successfully implemented outcome-based education framework and other regulatory guidelines of higher education in various institution.
