Dr. Rajesh Arora

Professor Rajesh Arora has a mixed blend of Industry and Academic for the past 30 years with MBA & PhD from University of Mumbai. His journey with the University of Mumbai on a Professorial role and as an Approved Director by Pune University; External Examiner with AMA in Bahrain; IUM in Namibia; Visiting Professor at DHBW & GSO in Germany; AUSN in USA; Heriot Watt University in Dubai & Kuwait; IMT Dubai and Kings University College in Ghana has made him an integral part of the global teaching community. He contributes as Visiting Professor at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in Germany. He has held a prestigious position as Registrar at Chandigarh University, Chandigarh, and as Vice-Chancellor at Apex Professional University, Arunachal Pradesh.

His noteworthy contributory work with TACK Training International, UK and SHL, UK on Training and Development; Adult Learning & Education Practices; Facilitation Skills and Competency Assessment excels him in the field of Human Capital Development and Assessments. He has contributed towards Research and Consultancy projects for large Multinational Corporates and Global Organizations in FMCG, Consumer Durables, BFSI, IT & ITES, Automotive, Manufacturing and Hospitality Sector and has executed Research, Consulting and Training work to the tune of IRS 20 million.

Professor Rajesh Arora has specialized in Quality & Accreditation processes and has been instrumental in representing institutions for NAAC and NBA, including regulatory bodies like AICTE & UGC. He is designated as “Host Scientist” by the Department of Science & Technology (GOI) & FICCI for Post-Doctoral Fellowship for African Scholars under Dr C V Raman Fellowship Program. He currently holds the Special Committee Chair for Research and Development at the Philippines Association of Extension Program, Philippines. His passion for Teaching and Research initiatives are in the areas of Entrepreneurial Management, Human Capital Enhancement and Business Strategy. He has contributed to 16 research publications, including papers written for IIM and NITIE, 89 monographs, 37 Guest lectures and 20 presentations in Seminars and Conferences.
