Professor (Dr.) Madhavi Sharma is currently Dean, Faculty of Education at SGT University Gurugram, Delhi-NCR. She has more than 26 years of teaching, research, and administrative experience in higher education. She has also supervised more than 4 M. Ed Special Education. dissertations, master’s research projects, and field training.  She has credited over 22 research papers and 01 book published in reputed indexed journals and books. she has also authored and co-authored 01 books. Further, she has done 1 research projects in Special Education funded by Tripura Govt. She has delivered talks, keynote addresses, chaired several conference/seminar sessions in various academic programs, and participated in panel discussions organized by National and International Conferences.

Before joining SGT University, Dr. Madhavi Sharma has served as Professor, Department of Education and Special Education from 2016-21 at ICFAI University, Tripura. she is the member of Rehabilitation Council of India and Life Member of the International Institute of Organized Research.

She has contributed to the field of Education and Special Education and research area covers Early Childhood, Educational Development, Curriculum Designing Special Education -Intellectual and Multiple Disabilities, Learning Disabilities. She has been actively contributing to the advancement of research as a visiting consultant for various projects at reputed government institution.
