A ‘Le Grand Chef Competition’

SGT University students make a mark yet again…this time the delicious way! A ‘Le Grand Chef competition’ was held at Servo Hospitality School which is operated by the elite Ramada Hotel. There were 17 institutions which took part in the competition. SGT University’s two teams participated in the contest. The first team comprising of Akash Kanojiya and Pinky presented a dish named ‘Millionaires Chocolate’ while a second team comprising of Subh Prakash and Jaspreet presented a dish ‘Kebab Mousse Canopies’.
The second team was adjudged with the prize of a most creative and presentable dish by Judges Chef Pawan Kukreja (Executive Chef Ramada Hotel, Dehradoon) and Chef Rahul Bali (Life member of Indian culinary forum).
