Dr. Akanksha Yadav MSc, Ph.D presently working as Associate Professor, Department of Nutrition & Dietetics, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, SGT UNIVERSITY,GURUGRAM. She has published 19 research papers,1book and 5 book chapters apart from this, she is guiding and mentoring students of Bachelor’s, Master’s & Doctorate in their research work. She has conducted several seminars, fdp, webinars industrial visits, workshops, training programmes and guest lecturers concerning nutrition in the Department. She is a life member of Indian Dietetic Association, Delhi chapter and Nutrition Society of India. Her area of expertise is Functional and Health Foods, Value added product formulation, Food processing and Clinical nutrition.
