Dr. Shubha Tak is a researcher in Audiology. Her expertise includes early identification and intervention of hearing problems. She has special interest in children using hearing aids and cochlear implants. She has publications in SCOPUS indexed international journals. She has also delivered talks at various platform. She has received Scholarship from ICMR for travelling to Kentucky (USA) to portray her research study. Dr. Tak has pursued Ph.D. in Audiology being a Junior Research Fellow from All India Institute of Speech and Hearing, Mysuru. She has completed her Master degree in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology from Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore and BASLP from Dr. S.R. Chandrashekhar Institute of Speech and Hearing, Bangalore. She has given her services at Jawahar Lal Nehru Medical College and Associated Hospitals, Ajmer; All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Jodhpur; Amplifon India Pvt. Limited; and Swami Rama Himalayan University, Dehradun. She has also worked for public awareness about importance of early identification and early intervention. For the purpose, she has also released articles in local newspapers to create awareness among public.
