Dr. Shobhit Maheshwari

Dr. Shobhit Maheshwari is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, SGT University, Gurugram. He has total teaching experience of 8 Months as Assistant Professor at RIMT University, Mandi Gobindagarh. He has completed his Ph.D. in Water Resources Engineering (2023) from IIT Ropar, Rupnagar. He has completed his M.Tech. in Environmental Engineering (2017) from NIT Kurukshetra, Haryana and B.Tech. (Civil Engineering) with Honors (2015) from Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University Lucknow. He has qualified GATE in 2015. He is the recipient of MHRD Scholarship during his M.Tech. and Ph.D. programmes. He has five research publications in SCI journals and five publications in International conferences. He was working as ERP and NAAC coordinator at RIMT University. His research focus is in the field of “Flood-driven Sediment Transport Modelling”.
