Monika Deshwal is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at SGT University. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. from Deen Bandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology, Murthal, following her completion of a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree in Mechanical Engineering (CAD/CAM) from the same institution. She obtained her Bachelor's degree (UG) from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar. Monika's research interests primarily revolve around Hybrid Composite and Nano Materials. Additionally, she delves into the research of key quality practices adopted by Robotics and Mechatronics, as evidenced by her publications in various international journals.

Beyond her academic pursuits, Monika is actively engaged in managing and coordinating extracurricular activities at the university level. She holds the esteemed position of Chief Coordinator for Event Planning and Execution, overseeing various university-level events. Monika also plays a crucial role in student welfare, serving as the Deputy Dean of Students Welfare. In this capacity, she contributes to enhancing the overall student experience and well-being at SGT University.
