The Australian wine workshop held ON 19/02/2024 at FHTM involved an immersive experience where participants learned about the rich history, diverse regions, grape varieties, and winemaking techniques of Australia. Led by knowledgeable wine expert Mr.Kunal Kaul from "Grape Xpectations". The students of FHTM were also engaged in tastings of various Australian wines, exploring the unique flavors and characteristics associated with different regions and styles. The workshop also included discussions on wine pairing, serving techniques, and tips for appreciating wine more fully. This event was a fantastic opportunity for our budding hospitality and tourism experts to gain real-world insights about the testing, market understanding, networking, promotion, business development and cultural exchange.
