Dr. Rakesh Kumari Malik

She is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Law, at SGT University, Gurugram. She practised as an Advocate specializing in criminal law for more than 20 years at District Court, High Court in Delhi NCR and at the Supreme Court of India before opting for a career in teaching law. She is very passionate about women rights and her focus has always been to uplift and help women through her career. Her qualifications include- PhD in Woman’s Rights to property under Hindu Law, LLM, Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law, Labour Welfare & Personnel Management and BA.LLB from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, Haryana. She has attended and participated in various Seminars, Workshops, Conferences and Symposiums. She has also published various Research Papers/Articles.
