DR. VIKAS KAKKAR MBBS ,MS(ENT) is a professor & Head in the department of ENT at our esteemed FMHS SGT University. He completed his MBBS from MDU, Rohtak in 1979 and his MS from MDU-Rohtak in 1984. He has published 31 papers nationally and 24 papers internationally. He has 38 years of work experience in P.G.I.M.S (Rohtak).
