Centre of Excellence for Andragogical and Pedagogical Sciences
CEAPS is an acronym that stands for “Centre of Excellence for Andragogical and Pedagogical Sciences”. It is dedicated to the advancement of knowledge and research in the fields of adult learning (andragogy) and child learning (pedagogy). It serves as a hub for educators, researchers, and practitioners who are passionate about enhancing teaching and learning methodologies. Therefore, our SGT University has established the Centre of Excellence for Andragogical and Pedagogical Sciences (CEAPS) on 19th October 2022 which is an exclusive centre to train the teachers as per the changing paradigms of teaching and learning processes. The introduction of this centre by SGT University is a testament to the recognition of the crucial role that effective teaching and learning process play in shaping the lives of its learners and ultimately the society. By focusing on both andragogy and pedagogy, the centre acknowledges the importance of lifelong learning and the diverse needs of learners across different age groups.
