Teach Meet-IV Pedagogical Strategies: Simulations & Case Studies: Expanding Horizons held online on February 21, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM, provided a collaborative platform for faculty members to explore innovative teaching methodologies. The session focused on case-based learning and simulations, featuring expert insights from Dr Vinod Kumar, Professor & HOD, New Delhi Institute of Management and Dr Jitender Kumar, Associate Professor & PGDM RM Coordinator, CCR Vice Chairperson, Birla Institute of Management Technology.
Dr. Jitender Kumar emphasized the structured implementation of case studies, activity-based engagement, and effective rubric-based assessment. Dr. Vinod Kumar expanded the scope of simulations beyond medical fields, highlighting their relevance in commerce, law, management, engineering, and agriculture.
