About Journal Ayurshodha

Indian Journal of Ayurveda and Yoga, the official journal of the Faculty of Indian Medical System at SGT University. Our journal aims to promote research, knowledge, and awareness about Ayurveda and Yoga, two ancient and holistic systems of medicine that have stood the test of time.

Ayurveda, the science of life, is a comprehensive system of medicine that focuses on the prevention and treatment of diseases by balancing the body, mind, and spirit.
