State-of-the-art infrastructure at SGT University includes air-conditioned classrooms; Wi-Fi enabled with a projector, screen and 60-inch interactive panel. Provision of software, equipment, and support for the production of Audio Video programs, Audio and Video Editing, E-Newspaper, newsletters, graphics, and video animation.

The main shooting floor is around 3250 sq. ft. It is equipped with a 30x15ft. Screen for viewing audio-visual products. It has a moveable lighting grid and JBL speakers to give a surround sound effect. It has wood panelling on the walls and is soundproof.

SGTU organises social awareness campaigns in nearby areas to create awareness like Child labour, Global Warming, events like Holi fest, Diwali Fest, etc. The students manage and many more.
