Prof. Satish Chander Sharma has more than 25 years of experience in the fields of teaching and research. His subject expertise is in the fields of human resource management and Organization Behaviour. He has completed his Masters in the field of applied industrial psychology and an M.Phil in organizational behavior from Delhi University. Further, he pursued an MBA (HR) and completed a PhD in the field of Business Administration. He has worked with many noted academic institutions as Faculty and Director and currently working as Director-IQAC at SGT University, Gurugram. With a passion for teaching and learning new skills, presently he is looking after NAAC Accreditation and rankings in the university in Internal Quality Assurance Cell. He has published many books, chapters, and more than 50 research articles in reputed national and international journals and magazines.
