Another insightful day unfolded at the Faculty of Indian Medical System, SGT University, as part of the 15-day's Transitional Curriculum Program for the 2024-25 BAMS batch.

The day began with an Overview of the BAMS Curriculum and Subjects by Dr. Vidyavati V. Hiremath, Associate Dean FIMS laying the foundation for the students' academic journey. Dr. Jyoti Kumbar, Hod and professor in strirog and prasuti tantra department, FIMS, guided the students on effective Learning Methods like self-learning, collaborative learning, lifelong learning strategies, and time management.

Dr. Bharat Vats, Hod and Professor in Swasthavritta evum yoga department,FIMS illuminated the importance of ASUS (Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, and Sowa-Rigpa) medical systems in primary healthcare, public health, and disease prevention, emphasizing their relevance in today's world. The day was concluded with a powerful Motivational Lecture by our Guest Speaker Dr. Sudhir Kumar,Hod & associate professor department of rachana sharir, ch. Brahm Parkash ayurved charak sansthan,Khera Dabur,Najafgarh. He inspired the students to pursue their journey with passion and purpose.
