Dr. Anil Kumar Sikka served Lala Lajpat Rai University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (LUVAS), Hisar as Professor (Animal Genetics & Breeding) till 31.07. He completed his Ph.D. from National Dairy Research Institue (NDRI), Karnal in Animal Breeding in 1988. Dr. Sikka acted as member of Veterinary Council of India (VCI). He handled a number of research projects, organized melas and farm demonstration activities.
