A Faculty Development Program (FDP) titled "E-Module Development for Teaching and Learning" was organized in hybrid mode from 12 June 2024 to 18 June 2024 by the faculty of physiotherapy in collaboration with CEAPS. The program aimed to equip faculty members with the knowledge and skills necessary to develop effective e-learning modules and enhance the quality of online education. The FDP featured a series of lectures by esteemed resource persons Dr. Astha Chaudhary (Convenor, CEAPS, SGT University), Dr. Arvinder Kaur Pabla (Master Coach & Lead, CLC, SGTU), Dr. Kamlesh (Professor & MOOCs Coordinator, MRIIRS), Dr. Ved Prakash (Mentor, GAD-TLC), Dr. Arun Julka (Associate Professor, Delhi University) and Dr. Vimal Rarh (Project Head & Joint Director, GAD-TLC) who covered various aspects of online pedagogy, quality assurance, MOOC platforms, assessment, and mindfulness. A total of 67 faculty members participated in the FDP. Dr. S.P. Aggarwal, Pro Vice Chancellor, SGT University was the Guest of honour for the inauguration ceremony. The Faculty Development Program on "E-Module Development for Teaching and Learning" provided a valuable platform for faculty members to enhance their skills and knowledge in online education. The diverse range of topics covered by the resource persons equipped participants with practical insights and tools to create high-quality e-learning modules. The hybrid mode of delivery ensured broad participation and engagement, making the program a resounding success.
