A distinguished delegation from SGT University visited
Indian Institute of Management Indore on 20th January 2026 to
explore avenues for academic collaboration and mentorship. The delegation included
Dr. Hemant Verma, Vice Chancellor,
SGT University; Dr. Astha Chaudhry, Director, CEAPS; and Dr. Tanushri Purohit,
Professor, SGT Global Business School.
During the visit, the delegation met with Himanshu Rai, Director, IIM Indore, to
discuss potential partnerships. The
interaction focused on faculty development, student mentorship, joint research
initiatives, and the adoption of
innovative pedagogical practices.
The meeting provided a valuable platform for exchanging insights on experiential
learning and strengthening
industry-academia linkages. Both institutions expressed keen interest in building a
sustained and meaningful
collaboration.
