Dr. Ashwani Kumar Dwivedi

Dr. Ashwani Kumar Dwivedi is working as an Associate Professor in Faculty of Law, SGT University, Gurugram. He has done his Ph.D. From the Department of Law, Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar on the topic “Social Security Legislations and Schemes for the aged persons: with special reference to Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007”. He was awarded UGC-NET & JRF in 2012. He has more than 12 years rich teaching experience and his area of interest is Administrative Law, Law of Crime Law of Torts, and Property Law. Six LLM Dissertations dealing with different areas of Law have been supervised by him. He has uploaded more than 100 lectures in various aspects of law on YouTube. He has published 11 research papers in journals as well as in edited books too and presented many papers in seminars and conferences. He has attended workshops, seminars, and Faculty Development programs to further enhance his skill and He was also invited as a resource person in faculty development programs.
