Prof. (Dr.) Urmila Sharma

Prof. (Dr.) Urmila Sharma is working as professor (History) Faculty of Law, SGT University, Gurugram since May, 2022. She has done her masters in History, M. Phil in Social Science and Ph.D. in History from Banasthali Vidyapeeth and JRN Rajasthan Vidyapeeth, Rajasthan. She has also done Masters in Women studies and LLB. She has total teaching experience of 30Years from reputed institutions as Delhi University and BMU, Rohtak. She has presented more than 50 research papers and published 3books and 15 articles in National and International Journals and Magazines. She had been keynote speaker and chaired many sessions in National and International conference & seminars. She is professionally associated with many organisations like Haryana History Congress, Indian History Congress and adult Education. She had been awarded by Times of India and Danik Bhaskar as Empowered Women.
