The term "e-learning" encompasses a wide range of electronic methods that facilitate access to education. In a traditional classroom, students are limited to learning only what their teacher knows. However, technology has made it easier for students to interact with the outside world, enhancing their ability to create new knowledge.

"MOOCs and E-Content: A Four Quadrant Approach" was a seminar organized by CEAPS at SGTU that aimed to address this very same topic. The event featured enlightening expert talks given by the eminent faculty of Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College, Delhi University: Prof. Jaswinder Singh, the Director of GAD TLC and Principal of SGTB Khalsa, and Prof. Vimal Rarh, Project Head and Joint Director of GAD TLC, and a Professor of Chemistry at SGTB Khalsa.
