Mr. Sourabh Kumar is an Assistant Professor of English Literature at Centre for Languages and Communication. He received his M.Phil. in English Literature from University of Delhi and is currently pursuing PhD in English Literature from Department of English, University of Delhi. He has a teaching experience of more than 7 years in prestigious institutions such as Kirori Mal College and Ram Lal Anand college of University of Delhi. His research interests are primarily focused on World Literature, Seventeenth- and Eighteenth-Century British Literature and Marginality Literature particularly the works of Dalit writers. He has published articles on Dalit Autobiographies and Dalit Writings. Mr. Sourabh is known for his engaging and experiential teaching pedagogy and his ability to make complex literary concepts accessible to students. He teaches a range of courses, including Movements and History of English Literature, British Literature 17th and 18th Century, Postcolonial Literature and Women Writing in English. In addition to his teaching and research, he is also involved in coordinating various departmental committees and regularly works with students on their research projects.
