Hospital visit for BSc and MSc students to Medanta, The Medicity, Gurugram, Haryana

Department of Neurosciences, FAHS , SGT University, organized a hospital visit for BSc and MSc students to Medanta, The Medicity, Gurugram,Haryana on 19/04/2025. These visits are a vital part of student’s curriculum to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real world clinical practice. During the visit students got an opportunity to gain first hand exposure to diagnostic techniques like EEG,EMG and Nerve conduction studies. Such real time experience deepen their understanding of neurological disorders , and enhanced their ability to interpret clinical findings. Interaction with experienced healthcare professionals helped students to appreciate the importance of collaboration in patient management.Moreover, the insightful discussion with Dr Vinay Goyal, Chairman, Neurosciences Institute, helped students to understand the value of empathetic approach of healthcare providers in patient management.
