Dr. Kunal is an Associate Professor of Microbiology at FAHS and Deputy Dean (Research) SGT University, Gurugram. Holding a Post-Doctorate and Master’s in Microbiology from Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana (Punjab, India), and Ph.D. in Biotechnology (Microbial Technology) from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala (Punjab, India), Dr. Kunal brings over a decade of experience to his role. With a rich academic background and extensive research experience, Dr. Kunal has contributed significantly to the fields of agriculture, environment science, and engineering. His diverse research interests span plant-microbe interactions, agricultural sustainability, and environmental bio-remediation. He is a Life Member of the Indian Science Congress Association (Kolkata, India), Association of Microbiologists of India, Microbiologists Society India, and Honorary Life Membership of the Asian PGPR Society of Sustainable Agriculture (Auburn, USA). He has authored over 80 articles in referred national and international journals, conferences and books with a cumulative impact factor of 100+, 1800+ citations, with H-index-16, i10 index-19. He is a valued reviewer for esteemed journals of Elsevier, Springer, and Taylor & Francis, showcasing his commitment to advancing scientific knowledge and scholarship.
