The "Inspire Your Heart with Art Therapy" workshop, organized by the Department of Psychology, School of Behavioral and Social Sciences, SGT University, was more than just colors on a canvas—it was a journey into the depths of self-expression and healing. Guided by Dr. Ashima Narula, Expressive Art Therapist from Therapy Palette Organization, participants unlocked emotions, found new perspectives, and embraced the magic of creativity. From strokes of resilience to splashes of self-discovery, every piece told a story that words couldn’t capture. A canvas may dry, but the experience stays alive within us.
