Associate Professor, Faculty of Behavioural Sciences, SGT University, Gurugram. After acquiring degrees of M.A., M.Phil. and Ph.D. in Psychology started teaching career in Sept. 1985. The entire teaching career spans more than thirty-seven years. One among the persons for whom teaching has been a calling more than a profession. Taught UG and PG classes in psychology for over thirty five years. Special areas of interest are social psychology, cognitive psychology, and personality. In addition to teaching, educational administration and research have also been the areas of functioning. Started teaching career as Lecturer in Planning and Management at Technical Teachers Training Institute Chandigarh and subsequently served as Lecturer, Associate Professor and Principal in the Department of Higher Education Haryana. Served as Incharge, Department of Psychology and Incharge Department of Youth Welfare at Choudhary Bansi Lal University Bhiwani for three years. Presently working as Associate Professor in Department of Clinical Psychology, School of Behavioural Sciences, S G T University Gurugram since March 2022.
