Mrs. Jyoti is a dedicated academician and a researcher in the field of Finance currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the School of Commerce and Management and is also associated with the Research Division .She holds 6.5 years of teaching experience at leading B-schools and universities. A graduate of Delhi University and currently pursuing her PhD in Finance at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), she specializes in financial management, corporate finance, investment analysis, and capital markets.

Her professional journey includes academic leadership roles, curriculum development, student mentoring, and impactful research in ESG investing, green bonds, private equity, and women entrepreneurship. She has successfully guided numerous research projects, contributed to ICSSR- and MHRD-funded studies, and played a pivotal role in securing institutional accreditations. She has also led the Student Development Cell, fostering student engagement, leadership skills, and professional growth.

Her research has been published in reputed Scopus-indexed journals, and she is an active resource person at Vidya Bharti Uccha Shiksha Sansthaan. She has presented her work at national and international conferences and is a patent holder for an AI-based Inventory Expense Management Kiosk. As an invited speaker and FDP resource person, she is committed to fostering financial literacy and building research capacity in academia.
