B. Tech. Mechanical Engineering students had the incredible opportunity to step into the world of innovation at Amber Enterprises India Limited (AMBER) in Jhajjar, Haryana on 27th March 2024. Leading the way in manufacturing heating and ventilation equipment, AMBER specializes in air conditioners, refrigerators, and home appliances. With 27 state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities strategically spread across India, they cater to various product segments with precision and expertise.A true market leader in Room Air Conditioners (RACs), AMBER boasts an impressive 55.4% market share.


 

Their dedication to excellence is evident as they manufacture RACs for 8 out of the top 10 RAC brands in India. Our students were inspired by AMBER's commitment to innovation, quality, and versatility. Exploring their manufacturing processes first-hand was an invaluable experience, shedding light on the dynamic world of mechanical engineering in the field of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning. Overall, the visit left students enlightened and inspired by the remarkable advancements driving the air conditioning industry forward. A huge thank you to AMBER for opening their doors to us and sharing their wealth of knowledge!
