Dr. Seema is an accomplished academician and researcher in Electronics and Communication Engineering with over a decade of rich experience in teaching, research, and innovation. Currently serving as Associate Professor at SGT University, Gurugram, she has previously contributed as a Faculty Fellow at IIT Delhi and Research Fellow at NIT Kurukshetra, where she earned her Ph.D. She completed her M.Tech from Banasthali Vidyapith and B.Tech from Kurukshetra University.

Dr. Seema holds multiple international patents and has published extensively in SCI and Scopus-indexed journals, with a focus on VLSI design, Tunnel Field-Effect Transistors, and machine learning applications in healthcare. She has served as a keynote speaker, reviewer, session chair, and resource person at various national and international forums. An active contributor to curriculum development and academic events, she has coordinated workshops, seminars, and FDPs across leading institutions. She has guided 1 Ph.D. Student (Degree awarded), 9 M.Tech students (Degree awarded) and currently 3 Ph.D. is going on under her guidance.

With deep expertise in EDA/TCAD tools and a strong foundation in both research and pedagogy, Dr. Seema continues to inspire innovation and excellence in the field of VLSI Design, Microelectronics and Semiconductor technologies.
