The Department of English and Humanities

The Department of English and Humanities operating under the School of Humanities, Social Sciences and Liberal Arts, at SGT University is dedicated to exploring the richness of human thought, creativity, and culture. We offer B.A. (Hons./Hons. with Research) in English, M.A. in English, and Ph.D. in English, fostering a deep understanding of literature, history, philosophy, and the arts.

Our curriculum blends classical and contemporary perspectives, enabling students to analyze, interpret, and critique diverse forms of expression.
