Seminar on Strategizing India’s Role in Global Peace

The School of Humanities, Social Sciences and Liberal Arts in SGT University organized a Seminar on the topic “Strategising India’s Role in Global Peace” on May 29, 2025. The Chief Guest was Lt. Gen. (Retd.) Satish Dua, former Chief of Integrated Defence Staff. Other guest speakers were Prof. Vasileious Syros, Distinguished Fellow in United Service Institution of India; Group Capt. (Retd.) Dr. Rajneesh Kumar, Senior Fellow in Centre for Air Power Studies; and Dr. Manjari Singh, Senior Fellow in Centre for Land and Warfare Studies. The deliberations analysed India’s strategic role as global power in shaping the trajectory of emerging world order especially in the context of global peace and stability.
