With over eight years of combined experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, Milan Sharma brings a dynamic blend of professional expertise and academic insight to our institution. Currently associated with School of Hotel and Tourism Management, SGT University, he has spent two formative years working with the Andaz a concept by Hyatt Hotels, gaining hands-on experience in hotel operations, guest services, and management. His academic journey is equally distinguished—he is actively involved in research and has published extensively in Scopus-indexed journals and IEEE conferences. Milan has also participated in numerous national and international conferences, ensuring his knowledge remains aligned with global trends. As a dedicated educator and researcher, he is committed to guiding students toward successful careers in the ever-evolving world of hospitality and tourism.
