Dr. Aditi has done her bachelors from Banarasidas Chandiwala Institute of Physiotherapy (GGSIPU) and did her internship from Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital, Delhi. She did her masters (specialization in Cardiothoracic and pulmonary disorders) from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology. She is UGC-NET 2020 Awardee. She also holds B.Sc. (Life Sciences, Hons.) degree. She is an active Medical Committee Member of Indian Rural Olympic Association and has organized as well as participated in many competitive events with the team. She has participated and won many state level prizes in Yoga and Aerobics competitions, apart from this she has represented team Delhi at National level sports competition. She has presented research papers in National Conferences. She is pursuing PhD from DPSRU, Delhi.  She holds keen interest in extracurricular activities. She is an active member of Women study Centre, Central team member and departmental coordinator of Social Media and website.
