Dr. Sonu Mehla is currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at SGT University, Gurugram, where she has been teaching since August 5, 2024. She has complete her Ph.D. from the University of Delhi in 2019, with a specialization in the Evolution and Interaction of Discontinuous Waves in Hyperbolic Quasi-Linear systems. She holds an M.Phil. and M.Sc. in Mathematics from M.D.U. Rohtak, where she also earned her B.Sc. with Computer Science. She has 7 years of teaching experience.
Previously, Dr. Mehla held academic positions at Gurugram University and K.R. Mangalam University. She also served as a Teaching-cum-Research Fellow at Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT), Delhi, and as an Assistant Professor in several engineering institutions between 2009 and 2013.
