Ms. Megha Upadhyay is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Forensic Science. She has completed her Bachelor’s degree in Paramedical Sciences and her Master’s degree in Forensic Science. She is presently pursuing her Ph.D. in DNA Forensics, with her research focused on forensic genetics, forensic biology, and molecular techniques applied to human identification. Her ongoing work emphasizes DNA profiling, population genetics, and DNA degradation studies. She has an overall academic and research experience of 4 years. Ms. Upadhyay has published five research/review articles in reputed Scopus-indexed journals and has actively participated in eight national and international conferences, where she has presented her research work. Her academic and research pursuits are directed towards strengthening forensic investigations and contributing to the advancement of forensic science as a discipline.
