Prof. (Dr.) Abha Singh is a Senior Expert in Behavioural Psychology, a distinguished Researcher, and Professor of Practice in Psychology & Behavioural Sciences. She serves as an Adjunct Online Faculty at Southern New Hampshire University, USA, and formerly directed the IILM Centre for Emotional Intelligence.

She has held esteemed positions at Amity University, including Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Humanities, Journalism and Communication & Social Sciences and Director of Research. A Gold medallist for her doctoral research on “Organizational Commitment.” she has more than 27 years of professional experience in teaching, training, research, counselling, psychometric testing, academic administration, and approximately 65 National and International Publications.

She has authored books on Organizational Commitment and Behavioural Science and is an active APA member. She has 7 PhD Degree awarded to the Research Scholars in the areas of Organizational, Positive, Cognitive, Cyber, Child and Adolescence, Indigenous, Yoga and Spiritual Psychology. She has completed funded Research Project from ICSSR and (BPR & D), Govt. of India. She has worked on an International Collaborative Research Project with Queensland University, Australia on “Triple P Program” (Positive Parenting Program) to study on Indian parents.

She has received “Ambassador for Peace” (2007) award by Universal Peace Federation and “Peace Maker Award” (2017) on the occasion of International Peace Day on 21st September 2017 by Global Peace & Prosperity Initiative, USA and honoured on the Teacher’s Day (5th September '2022) for “Outstanding Contribution in Higher Education and Knowledge” by Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY), Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India. She has been honoured with ‘Women Achiever Award’ 19 th March 2023, By EMCT and Motherland Hospital Noida. A seasoned trainer, she has conducted over 230 Behavioural Skills Programs, impacting more than 14,500 participants at diverse level from IBM, HP, Mother son, GAIL, NTPC, Indian Airlines, Engineers India Limited, NHPC and Institutes like UP Academy of Administration Nainital, Postal Staff College, Universities etc. She has conducted and supervised training programs for approximately 52,415 Police Personnel (Delhi, U.P., Rajasthan Police, ITBP, CRPF, BSF, DGR, SSB, Training, Schools) for Behavioural Skills and Personality.
