Behavioural and Social Sciences
The Faculty of Behavioural and Social Sciences (FBSS), established in 2014, has grown into a dynamic hub for psychology and allied disciplines. It introduced the RCI-recognized M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology in 2017, followed by the Professional Diploma in 2019. Expanding its academic reach, FBSS launched the Department of Liberal Arts in 2022 and, in 2024, welcomed the Departments of Arts & Humanities and Cognitive Sciences. The same year, Psychology and Clinical Psychology became distinct entities, with the new Department of Clinical Psychology offering RCI-recognized B.Sc. and M.A. programs, reinforcing its commitment to specialized clinical training.
