Dr. (Prof.) Mridula Sharma is an accomplished academic with a strong foundation in psychology, backed by more than fifteen years of academic experience. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, where her research explored the interplay of sex role orientations on various aspects of well-being among working and non-working women. This work has significantly contributed to her deep understanding of psychology and continues to influence her research endeavors. Throughout her career, Dr. Sharma has demonstrated a commitment to advancing the field of psychology through both teaching and research. She has guided over 40 postgraduate dissertations and doctoral theses, underscoring her dedication to mentoring the next generation of scholars.
