Placement drives are the golden opportunities for any student to start their career journey and definitely, every college student eagerly awaits. These drives give chance to students to interact with good companies and start working with them. In these pre-campus placement drives, colleges invite top-notch organisations to help students get a stable and secure job. It also gives students a chance to choose in which company they want to work.
SGT University, Gurugram is known for setting placement records and breaking them with each passing year. For the past few years, 500+ national and international prestigious companies visited the campus. Some of these companies are Deloitte, Flipkart, Beumer Group, BYJU’S, NIIT, Asahi India Glass, TCS, Uno-Minda, Indiamart, and the list continues.
Even during the covid-19 pandemic, SGT University invited more than 100+ leading companies like Cognizant, Flipkart, Oracle, TCS, Deloitte, Direct I, BYJU’S, Amazon, etc for placement. While some of the students were hired as interns, others got jobs with lucrative salary packages.

Recently, in September, the university organized a campus placement drive for the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Faculty of Commerce and Management, Faculty of Hotel & Tourism Management, and Faculty of Applied and Basic Sciencess.
SGT University is glad to announce that some of our students cleared the interview round with flying colours and securely got placed at VIVO. The interview round was divided into 3 rounds- group discussion, operations & conversation with HR.
Final year students from these four faculties participate in this placement drive and we take immense pride to announce that our students showed unparalleled potential during their interview.
The university has a training & placement cell, Corporate Resource Centre, that prepares the students for the ‘professional world.’ As we all know, clearing interviews are not an easy task, one wrong move or answer can result in a loss of your job. CRC Department at SGT University provides proper counselling to students so they won’t get nervous during an interview.
The department also organises necessary workshops like CV workshops, international/external communication skills, guest lectures, conduct aptitude tests, etc to enhance students’ personalities. It also organises Internship fairs, Corporate fests, Placement Drives that help students land a job.
