Dr. Shweta Saini is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Commerce & Management, SGT University, Gurugram. Dr. Saini is an accomplished academician and researcher specialising in Marketing. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Maharshi Dayanand University (full-time), a Master's in Commerce (M.Com) from Maharshi Dayanand University, and a Bachelor's in Commerce (B.Com) from the University of Delhi (North Campus). She is also NET qualified in Commerce
Dr. Saini has made significant contributions in research through publishing research papers in reputed journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, UGC CARE, ABDC, and various peer-reviewed journals. She has presented various research papers at prestigious conferences, including IIM Ranchi, IIM Shillong, and multiple colleges across the University of Delhi. Furthermore, she has contributed various book chapters, which are indexed in Scopus, and is a co-editor of a book indexed in Scopus. She has the knowledge of various research tools such as SMART PLS-SEM, SEM-AMOS, Biblioshiny, VosViewer, NVIVO, etc.
With extensive experience in teaching, Dr. Saini has served as a Guest Faculty at the University of Delhi in various colleges, where she has imparted knowledge on subjects related to Marketing and Commerce. Her research interests lie in Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Brand Attitude, Artificial Intelligence and Brand Image. Dr. Saini was also invited as a Guest Speaker at a National Conference hosted by reputed institution, showcasing her expertise in the field.
Her passion for teaching and research is complemented by her dedication to creating a meaningful impact in the academic world, particularly in the areas of digital marketing and consumer psychology. Furthermore, she serves as an External Reviewer of Taylor & Francis, IGI Global USA and Inderscience Publishers, contributing to the quality and credibility of academic research in her field.
