Dr. Sonia Rathee is an Assistant Professor at Faculty of Commerce & Management, SGT University, Gurugram, India. She did her PhD in “Antecedents of Satisfaction and Loyalty in the Use of Mobile Commerce Services”. She is a member of University Development Cell. Her professional career is a blend of Industry and Academics. She has presented several research papers in International conferences and seminars. She has also published many research articles in UGC care. She received certifications from various online platforms. She has also completed various FDPs and Workshops. She has joined Officers Training Academy, Chennai. She is an NCC “C” certificate holder and awarded best cadet certificate. She has been awarded by various Gold and silver medals in sports.
