The Faculty of Education, SGT University, organized an engaging event titled “Bond Beyond Books: Indoor Games with Teachers & Students” on 4th September 2025. The programme was conducted in Room No. 308, E-Block from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The event aimed to strengthen the relationship between teachers and students by promoting teamwork, collaboration, and healthy interaction beyond the classroom setting.

The event was convened by Prof. (Dr.) Madhavi Sharma, Dean, Faculty of Education, and co-convened by Mr. Ravinder Saini, HoD, Department of Special Education. Mr. Parveen Kumar Jat, Assistant Professor, Faculty of Education, efficiently coordinated the programme.

A variety of indoor games such as chess, carrom, table tennis, and other recreational activities were organized, which witnessed enthusiastic participation from both faculty members and students. The event provided a refreshing break from academic routines and created a joyful learning environment.

The programme concluded successfully with an atmosphere of fun, bonding, and mutual respect. It left a lasting impression by highlighting the importance of extra-curricular activities in enhancing student–teacher relationships.
