Ms. Simmi Madaan

Ms. Simmi Madaan is an esteemed Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering , Faculty of Engineering and Technology, SGT University. She earned her Ph.D. in Internet of Things (IoT) from J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, Faridabad (State Government,NAAC A+ Grade) along with an M.Tech(CSE) Specialized with Computer Network & Embedded Systems and MCA from Maharishi Dayanand University. With over 13 years of academic and professional experience, Ms. Madaan excels in teaching subjects such as AI & Machine Learning, IoT, Advanced Java, and Python. Her research focuses on IoT, Embedded Systems, Smart Environments, and Interoperability.

Ms. Madaan has been recognized with the Young Researcher Award-2021 by the Institute of Scholars and serves as a Research Ambassador Asia Wing with GIAR India. She has published extensively in SCIE & SCOPUS indexed journals and presented at numerous conferences. Her notable works include innovative IoT-based solutions for smart education. Beyond her academic achievements, Ms. Madaan is committed to advancing education through workshops, guest lectures, and active involvement in curriculum design. Her certifications from Harvard University and IITs further attest to her expertise and dedication to the field.
