Labs Ambrosia – The Heart of Food and Beverage Service Training

Ambrosia – Training Restaurant

Ambrosia is the flagship training restaurant of the Department of Hotel and Tourism Management, serving as a live learning laboratory for students specializing in Food and Beverage Service. Designed to reflect the ambience of a contemporary fine-dining establishment, Ambrosia provides students with real-time exposure to restaurant operations, guest service etiquette, table setting, order taking, and menu planning. The restaurant has approximately 92 covers.

A key feature of Ambrosia is its fully functional bar setup, where students are trained in the fundamentals of bar service and mixology. The bar section equips students with the essential skills required in modern hospitality environments:

  • Beverage Knowledge – Understanding beverage classifications, wine service, and responsible alcohol service.
  • Mixology Training – Practicing cocktail preparation, mocktail innovation, and flair bartending.
  • Bar Hygiene – Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety in bar operations.

We're here to help you shape the future.
