The Faculty of Law (FOL) at SGT University was established in 2014 at SGT University. It has statutory recognition from The Bar Council of India and the Government of Haryana. The Faculty of Law was established to aid the students with education on Legislative Law and provide an academically rich environment. It equips students with a broad perspective enabling them to excel as law professionals & compete effectively on national & international platforms. The Faculty of Law at SGT University is one of the best colleges in Delhi NCR for Law courses. It provides five courses, including UG, PG, Ph.D, Diploma and specialized Certification Courses. The Faculty of Law at SGT University is based on the core values of Dedication, Honesty, Integrity, Respect. Vice Chancellor

Dr. R. Venkata Rao Prof. (Dr.) R. Venkata Rao is a distinguished academician with over 45 years of experience in legal education. He has served as the Vice-Chancellor of the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bengaluru, and is the recipient of the Prof. N.R. Madhava Menon Best Law Teacher Award.

Dr. Lalit Bhasin

Dr. Lalit Bhasin is a veteran legal professional with over 60 years of experience, specializing in corporate, aviation, and labor laws. He is the immediate past President of The Bar Association of India and currently serves as President of the Society of Indian Law Firms.

Dr. TV Subba Rao

Academic Advisor

Prof. (Dr.) T. V. Subba Rao Prof. (Dr.) T.V. Subba Rao is a respected legal academic with a specialization in Constitutional Law, International Law, and Human Rights. He has held various key administrative and academic positions, including Professor at the National Law School of India University, and has been recognized with a State Award for Teachers by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
