Dr. Ananya Bharadwaj is a legal academician and researcher with over eight years of experience across academia, legal consultancy, and policy research. She has served as a Legal Consultant with the Directorate of Income Tax (Legal & Research), Delhi, and worked as a Research Associate at the Competition Commission of India (CCI). In academia, she has held positions as Assistant Professor at Amity University, Jharkhand, Indore Institute of Law, and the School of Law, KIIT University. She has also contributed as an Online Educator at UniqueLaw and LawSikho. She holds a Ph.D. in Law from KIIT University, with her research focused on Copyright infringement in cinematograph films and techno-legal countermeasures. A Gold Medallist in LL.M. (Corporate Laws) from NLU Odisha, she is also UGC NET qualified. She has authored and edited seven books, two legal magazines, and published 15 research papers and book chapters, including several in Scopus and UGC CARE-listed and Peer-reviewed Journals.
