Dr. Nayeem Ahmad Bhat

Dr. Nayeem Ahmad Bhat earned BSC (2005), LLB (2010), PGDCL (2011), LLM (2014) and Ph.D (2021) from University of Kashmir. He also qualified All India bar examination (AIBE) in year 2011 and UGC NET/JRF in the year 2013. He also worked as an investigator in a UGC major research project on panchayati raj institutions in the year 2016-17. He worked as a Lecturer at Vitasta College of Law and Humanities from 2019 onwards and as Assistant Professor at school of legal studies, Central University of Kashmir in the year 2022. Dr. Nayeem has also worked as Assistant Professor at School of Law, University of Kashmir from 2022 to 2024. He has published his research work in various national and international journals, attended and presented papers in seminars and workshops at national and international level.
