Dr. Soumya Srivastava

Dr. Soumya Srivastava is a dedicated legal academician with a strong scholarly background and significant teaching experience. Her academic journey began with a B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Amity University, Uttar Pradesh, where she graduated with a distinguished CGPA and was awarded a Silver Medal and Baljit Shastri Award (All Rounder Award) for her outstanding performance. She further honed her expertise by completing her LL.M. from the same institution. Dr. Srivastava's academic pursuit culminated in a Doctorate from Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University, Lucknow where she conducted an in-depth socio-legal study.

Dr. Srivastava has enriched her academic credentials with valuable teaching experience. She served as a faculty member at the School of Legal Studies, Babu Banarasi Das University, Lucknow, where she played a key role in mentoring students, organizing national seminars, and coordinating moot court competitions. She had also contributed her expertise to Symbiosis Law School, Nagpur, focusing on student mentorship and academic development.
